Council of Indian Students (CIS)

Due to the ever increasing number of Indian students at the RWU, the students from India have decided to found a council under the simple motto "With the students, for the students, from the students". Since its foundation in 2016, the Council of Indian Students has been committed to creating a homogeneous and homely atmosphere for Indian students who wish to attend one of the many courses at the university and for the students who live here. The CIS promotes a healthy and friendly cooperation not only between the Indians, but all of them.

CIS also wants to celebrate the numerous Indian festivals, so that the students do not miss their families. CIS is also committed to intercultural and interreligious festivals and traditions. An annual cricket tournament in the summer semester is also on the programme.
