    The Energy and Fluid Mechanics Laboratory offers test benches for experimental investigations on the topics of fluid mechanics, thermal fluid machines, hydraulic fluid machines and energy technology for domestic supply. It is an isolated electrical grid with energy feed-in from decentralised plants such as hydroelectric power, wind power and photovoltaics. A part of the plants are actually available, a part of it is simulated. 

    The laboratory will be operated via a central control system and the test benches are equipped with modern data acquisition systems.
